Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15oz. can chickpeas beans, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (from jar)
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 T. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Puree for one minute. Serve chilled.
