Perfect Bread (as opposed to imperfect bread)

Ingredients:

Combine water, yeast, molasses and honey in bowl and wait until it starts bubbling. Add oil, applesauce, salt, protein powder and whole-wheat flour. Add bread flour, using more or less as needed.

Knead well, then let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Knead another 5 minutes or so. Let rise in oiled bowl for 1 hour.

Punch bread down. Shape into two loaves and put in greased pans. Put pans in cold oven and let rise 45 min to 1 hour (until doubled). When they have risen enough, turn on oven to 350 (let the bread warm up with the oven) and bake for approx 35 minutes or until well browned.
