Spinach Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches spinach, washed and steamed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Steam spinach until limp. Place in food processor with remaining ingredients. Process until desired consistency, adding liquid leftover from steaming as necessary. Serve over fettuccine.
