Gluten Roast (chicken)



Pour small bowl into flour mixture. Knead into a ball(add additional water or flour if needed to get proper consistency). Flatten gluten ball slightly, and put into a greased baking pan. Leave room around and above gluten for liquid.

Pour liquid (from "another bowl") mixture over gluten.

Cover pan with foil. Roast at 325 for 2-3 hours, or in a lower oven for even longer. Replenish fluid as needed (using unchicken broth) or the gluten will burn. Check for doneness occasionally.

When done, cool roast slightly before serving.
