Easy Baked Beans (crockpot)
Ingredients:
- 2 15oz cans pinto beans, rinsed and well drained
- 2 15oz cans dark red kidney beans, rinsed and well drained
- 2 15oz cans chili beans (don't drain)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup ketchup (or taco sauce for spicier beans)
- 2 T. crushed red pepper
- 1 T. prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke hickory seasoning
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes then reduce to low for 4-5 hours.
