Bring the broth to a boil in the microwave. Stir in bulgur and set aside for 30 minutes while you chop the herbs and veggies. Add everything else. Mix well and chill before serving.

This recipe is quite flexible. Some people add different veggies (broccoli, carrot, olives and radishes are good) and some people remove some of the standard veggies listed in the recipe. Sometimes I've switched yellow onion for the red or omitted it altogether. I've used green peppers instead of the yellow or red or used dried herbs when I've lacked the exact ingredients. As long as you use the basic 2 cups bulgur to 2 cups liquid (you can even use water if you need) the recipe will turn out well.
