Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sucanat
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs replaced
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 1 1/2 cups WW flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix sucanat and oil. Add pumpkin and replaced eggs. Blend well then add flour, spices, and water. Mix by hand, without beating. Pour into two, well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 350, for 1 1/2 hours.
