Kidney Bean Spread

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2-2 C. kidney beans (canned or homecooked)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (or similar type hot sauce)
• 1/2 T. cider vinegar
• 2 T. water
• 2 T. fresh cilantro or parsley (or a mix)

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl and process until smooth.
