Spinach Dip #2
Ingredients:
- 1 package firm or extra firm tofu
- 8 oz Tofutti cream cheese
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1/2 cup salsa (or more)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 T. nutritional yeast
- 1 T. herb mix (or more)
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Squeeze the thawed spinach as dry as possible. Place into a medium sized bowl and set aside. Add all other ingredients to a food processor and process until well mixed. Pour into bowl and slowly fold spinach into mixture. Chill and served cold.
