Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• 2 mashed bananas
• 2 c. raw sugar
• 2 T. blackstrap molasses
• 2 eggs replaced
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 C. whole wheat flour
• 2 1/2 C. steel-cut oats
• 2 C. raisins
• 1/2 C. chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together wet ingredients. Stir together dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the two together then fold in raisins and/or nuts. Bake at 400 for about 8 minutes, depending on size of cookie you're making.
