Easy Rice Pudding (Chocolate)

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 cups milk (anything works but oat or almond are great)
• 2 cup cooked rice
• 1/2 cup sugar (or equal amount of some sweetener)
• 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
• 1 T. vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan. Bring to a boil over a med-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
