Big Family Pancake Mix

Ingredients:

• 12 cups flour of choice or mixture of flours
• 2 cups vanilla soy milk powder
• 2/3 to 1 cup sugar
• 5 T. dry egg replacer
• 2 T. salt
• 4 tsp baking soda
• 8 tsp baking powder
• Store in airtight container for up to 4 months.

Directions:

For every 2 cups of pancake mix used, you'll also need approx 2 cups milk of choice and 1/4 cup oil.

Fruit, chocolate chips or nuts can be added at approx 1 cup for every 2 cups of mix.
