Oriental Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 T minced fresh ginger root
• 4 lg. cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 2 cups veggie broth
• 1/2 cup dry sherry

Directions:

Combine in blender and process until well mixed.
