Lemon Frosting

Ingredients:

• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup margarine, softened
• 2 T. coconut milk
• juice and grated rind of one lemon

Directions:

Beat all ingredients together using an electric mixer. For best results, add sugar slowly as you beat.
