Mexican Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

• 2 green apples (sliced into matchsticks)
• 2 red apples (sliced into matchsticks)
• 1 head red cabbage (shredded)
• 1 head green cabbage (shredded)
• 1 red onion (diced)
• 1 can corn (drained)
• 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
• double recipe of citrus-cumin dressing

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together and coat with dressing. Leave in the frig for several hours, turning often to evenly spread the liquid.
