Five-Spice Pecans
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pecan halves toasted
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Place everything in slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for two hours. Spread nuts in a single layer on waxed paper to cool. Nuts will be soft when removed but will crisp upon cooling.
