Spicy Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Tofutti sour cream
- 1/2 cup nayonaise
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T vinegar
- 2 tsp chili powder (or the mix I sent)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Directions:
Mix in blender, food processor with using a hand mixer. Allow to stand in frig for 1 hour (or more) to blend spices. Adjust heat as necessary using red pepper, chili powder and/or black pepper.
