Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c nutritional yeast
• 1/2 c unbleached flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 2 cups broth
• 2 cups salsa (chunky type)

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in a medium saucepan. Add broth and put on medium heat. Whisk constantly until mixture incorporates and thickens. Add margarine and whisk until melted and incorporated in. Stir in salsa and whisk for another minute or two.
