Lemon Dijon Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tbsp raw agave nectar
• 1 heaping tbsp dijon mustard
• 1 tsp dry thyme
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp ground sage
• 1/4 tsp chives
• 2 pinches of sea salt
• few dashes black pepper
• 2 tsp cornstarch mixed into 1/4 cup water
• (if using with portobellos, I recommend adding 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)

Directions:

whisk all ingredients together

pour into a skillet and cook over medium heat

allow to slightly thicken (occurs while “boiling/bubbling.”

stir periodically

once thick - to your liking - remove from heat

serve immediately.
