Lemon Dijon Herb Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp raw agave nectar
- 1 heaping tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 tsp chives
- 2 pinches of sea salt
- few dashes black pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed into 1/4 cup water
- (if using with portobellos, I recommend adding 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
Directions:
whisk all ingredients together
pour into a skillet and cook over medium heat
allow to slightly thicken (occurs while “boiling/bubbling.”
stir periodically
once thick - to your liking - remove from heat
serve immediately.
