Sweet Curry Sauce



lightly fry some garlic and minced onion in 1/2 cup olive oil or margarine


add 1/4 cup mustard, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon flour, 2 teaspoons curry and agave liquid (light for not sweet, up to 1/4 cup for very sweet) and heat until bubbling


pour broth (room temp) over slowly. it will need about 2 cups. bring to a boil then reduce. simmer until desired thickness

it should not be a very thick sauce

goes well over rice noodles or over stir fry
