Jalapeno Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed
- 1-2 tbs canola oil
- 2-3 tbs tahini
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup jalapeno juice from jar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- squeeze of lemon juice
Directions:
Process it all up and eat. It gets better each day it sits in the refrigerator.
