Marsala Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

put olive oil...........like 1/4 cup..........into a big frying pan.............put in onions..............white and green if you have both.............get them frying

then garlic...............two or three cloves unless you want it really garicy

then put 1/3 cup flour into a bag and shake mushrooms into it.............coat your mushrooms w/ flour and put salt/pepper into the flour too

then toss all of it into the pan (xtra flour as well) and fry until its all done................the put cup wine in................you can use white or red but it needs to be something sweet

once the wine is in let it reduce a bit..............just bubble for a min or two

then put in 1.5 cups of veggie broth...............simmer at a light boil until it begins to grow thick

marsala wine is what is generally used..........its not as sweet as zinfandel

its red............it comes in gold too.............its kinda light and sweet

it will get thick so dont cook it til its really really thick............just til it begins to thicken

once the sauce is done cook your angel hair.............immediately toss it w/ sauce once its cooked..............toss into it 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley or 1/4 cup of dried
