Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup WW flour
- 3/4 cup spelt flour (or any other)
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup sugar (or less, per taste)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. dry egg replacer

- For each two cups of this dry mix you need the following:

- 3 T. flaxmeal soaked in..
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- (set this mix to the side for 10min)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- approx. 1 3/4 cup of milk (add the last 1/2 cup slowly to achieve the thickness you are seeking)
