Chinese "Chicken" Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon plain or chili sesame oil
Directions:
I didn't really measure the ginger or the oil so adjust those if you like. I tripled it and it made dressing for days.
