Quick Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup vegenaise
- ¼ cup vegan sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons vegan milk
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon each: salt, sugar
- ¼ teaspoon each: onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon each: thyme, dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
Using a small blender, such as the Bullet or a stick blender, blend the vegenaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar, salt, sugar, onion, garlic, pepper, thyme and mustard until well combined.
Add the chives and parsley to the mixture and pulse a few times. Only pulse.
