Chicken Pot Pie Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup gluten flour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup veggie or no-chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- salt/pepper to taste
- more liquid if too dry
Directions:
Mix that all up and form patties. Brown them in a bit of oil until nice and dark brown. Serve with mashed cauliflower or potatoes, veggie gravy and green beans. Yum!
