Kim's Favorite Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 T tamari
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or other vinegar)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 T maple syrup (or 2-3 dates, soaked in water until soft)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 - 1 cup fresh basil - optional
Directions:
Throw everything into the blender, and buzz it up. This keeps at least a week in the fridge, probably quite a bit longer
