Easy Hummus
Ingredients:
- 15 1/2 oz can chickpeas
- 2 or 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 4 T. powdered tofu fiber
- 1 cup water
- 1 T. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp lemon or lime juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree for one minute.
Serve chilled.
