Asian Broccaflower slaw
Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli head
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1 cabbage head, medium size
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 tbs garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbs ginger minced
- 1/4 Cup low sodium soy
- 1 tbs miso
- 2 juice from 2 oranges, squeezed (no seeds)
- 2 tbs sesame oil - optional
Directions:
In food processor chop all veggies wicked small, the idea here is that everything can fit on your spoon or fork if you don't have a processor chop fine with a knife. Add all veggies to bowl. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. combine dressing with veggies and top with chopped almonds when serving.
