Portabello Mushroom "Burgers\n"

Ingredients:

• 4-6 portabellow mushrooms
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 2 T. dry sherry
• 3 T. rice vinegar
• 1 1/2 T. fresh ginger, minced (must be fresh)
• 2 T. raw sugar

Directions:

Destem mushrooms and marinate overnight in remaining ingredients. Grill and serve on WW buns.
