Portabello Mushroom "Burgers\n"
Ingredients:
- 4-6 portabellow mushrooms
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 T. dry sherry
- 3 T. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 T. fresh ginger, minced (must be fresh)
- 2 T. raw sugar
Directions:
Destem mushrooms and marinate overnight in remaining ingredients. Grill and serve on WW buns.
