Slaw
Ingredients:
- 2 T. soft tofu
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup finely shredded carrot
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order. Let stand overnight in refrigerator before serving.
