Sauce for Sweet and Sour Meatballs



Ok, well, the first part isn't so hard. I cut up peppers (red, green, orange, yellow) and onions (in big chunks) and pineapple and even some broccoli if I'm in the mood and cover the bottom of the crock-pot with that. Now the hard part is coming. Gosh, I'm not sure you can handle this. Turn your crock-pot with veggies on the bottom on to high then dump in 1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce and 1 jar of grape jelly. Equal parts of each, or as close as you can get it. Cook it on high for an hour, then on med-low for 2 hours then add the meatballs and warm to serving temp. Serve over rice.
