Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients:

• 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
• 2 cups unchicken broth
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
• Salt to taste

Directions:

Put sweet potatoes and broth in crock pot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until potatoes are tender. Force potatoes and liquid through food mill or puree in blender or food processor. Put back in cooker with remaining ingredients.

1 1/2 C. vanilla rice or soymilk

Cook med-high for another 2 hours or so after the milk is added.
